Ingredients
Butter croissant – 8 cut into small pieces
Sweetened condensed milk – 1 tin
Sugar – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Cream – 1 cup
Milk – 2 cups
Vanilla essence – 1 tspn
Desiccated coconut – 3 tbsp
Flaked almonds – 3 tbsp
Pistachio nuts(chopped) – 3 tbsp
Method
Mix croissant pieces, coconut, almonds and pistachio in a baking dish.
Mix Condensed Milk, vanilla essence and milk in a large saucepan and bring to boil.
Pour immediately over the croissant mixture in the baking dish. Keep aside for 5 minutes until croissants absorbs milk.
Spread cream over the mixture evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes or until golden color.
