Sweet & Sour Green Mango dish

 

Ingredients:

Raw Green Mango – 1 large
Water – 2 cups
Green Chilly – 1 or to taste
Sugar – 1 Tbsp or to taste
Salt – to taste

Method:

Cut Mango into big pieces.

Mix Mango, Chilly, salt and Sugar with a mixer in a pulse or two.

Adjust chilly, salt & sugar as per your taste.

A very tasty side dish to compliment with rice.
