Hydrate your kids in summer

 

Wearing light colored clothes avoids heat absorption.

Make sure to give him a water bottle when your child go playing.

Do not give fizzy sugary soda drinks as they will not hydrate but suppress appetite.

Buy them special cups for drinking water.

Make sure water is easily accessible for little ones.

Limit outdoor plays to evening or early morning.
