Easy Cheesy Mac



Macaroni – 2 cups

Cheese – 2 cups (I used Cheddar and Parmesan, use as per your taste)

Milk – 2 cups

Butter – 1/4 cup

Garlic chopped – 1 tsp

Flour – 1/4 cup

Black pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Boil macaroni and drain. Keep aside.

In a saucepan melt butter, add garlic, stir in the flour, salt and pepper.

Add milk to the mixture slowly with continuous stirring until the mixture is smooth.

Add pasta water if you need a watery look.

Add cheese to the mixture stirring until it is melted upto 5 mins.

Add drained macaroni, stir to coat evenly.
