Ingredients
- Milk – 4 cups
- China grass – 4 tsp
- Sugar – 2 or 3 tbsp (adjust as per choice)
- Condensed milk – 1 can
- Apple grated – 1/2 cup
- Apple pieces for garnishing
Method
Soak China grass in 1/4 cup water and stir over flame till it melts completely.
Mix milk and condensed milk and add sugar if needed and cook over low flame.
Mix the grated apple to the milk. When milk just starts to bubble add the china grass mixture slowly to the milk. Bring to boil with stirring continuously for about 5 minutes.
Pour it to a flat dish to cool. When it starts to turn firm add the apple pieces to it so that it will get set perfectly when refrigerated. Refrigerate until firm.
Garnish and serve.
