
Ingredients
- Chicken – 500 gm
- Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
- Curd – 1/4 cup
- Cashew nut paste – 1/4 cup
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Salt,Butter as needed
- Lime for garnishing
Method
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together, make the marinade.
Marinate the chicken pieces, well coated, cover and refrigerate it for 5-6 hours.
Grill the chicken pieces. You can coat a little butter on to the sides of the chicken pieces to prevent it from drying. Serve hot with squeezed lime.
