Crispy Fried Chicken


  • Chicken – 1/2 kg
  • Flour – 2 cups + 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
  • Cornflakes crushed – 1 cup
  • Beaten egg – 1
  • Salt, Oil – as required


Marinate chicken pieces with flour(1 tsp), chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, soya sauce for an hour.

Mix flour with salt & pepper.

Coat the marinated chicken pieces with flour mixture, then beaten egg and then crushed cornflakes. Coat each pieces very well.

Deep fry in oil till done.

Serve with soup/salad or make it a yummy snack.
