Ingredients
- Eggs – 5
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 6 tbsp
- Bread – 2 slices
- Cardamom Powder -1/2 tsp
- Butter to grease
- Cashewnuts
- Cream – 1 small can
Method
Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C)
Soak the bread slices in milk.
Beat the eggs with sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Add the soaked bread to the egg mixture and mix with a fork gently.
Pour half of the mixture into a greased pan.
Bake in the oven for 30 min.
Take out the pan, make a hole in the baked pudding, pour the cream into the hole.
Pour the remaining mixture on top of it covering the cream filled hole.
Bake in the oven for another 30 min or until brown.
Serve it in pieces with the cream flowing. Or You can also serve it, to keep the cream hidden but you will have to use individual small cups for baking.
