- Flour – 1 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Egg – 1
- Chili paste – 1 tsp
- Turmeric – a pinch
- Chicken or meat cooked n shredded(or any leftover spicy fillings)
- Oil for greasing the pan
Mix all ingredients to make a batter with a semi-liquid pancake consistency. Add water if needed.
Heat a round pan, grease with oil and pour the batter into the pan.
Keep the flame in the sim and cook for about 15 minutes. When it starts browning, flip over to the other side and cook in sim for another 10 minutes.
Serve with any dip of your choice.
