- Milk – 500 ml
- Condensed Milk – 1/2 can
- China Grass(Agar Agar) – 15 grams
- Water – 3/4 cup
- Instant Almond mix – 4 tbsp (instant badam mix)
Soak China grass in water and keep aside for 10 mins.
Mix milk,condensed milk and badam mix powder in a sauce pan. Add sugar if needed.
Place this mixture on a medium flame to a boil.
Meanwhile, melt the china grass on low flame till syrup is formed.
When the badam milk mixture starts to boil, mix the china grass syrup to the badam milk mixture. Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes.
Pour this into a mold and refrigerate it for 3 to 4 hours.
Serve chilled with any garnishing.
