Easy Vermicelli Snack

Ingredients

Vermicelli – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp (more if needed)
Salt – a pinch
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Pistachios – 1 tbsp
Cashews – 1 tbsp
Ghee

Method

Crush vermicelli in a bowl.
In a pan add little ghee, saute cashews and pistachios.Now add crushed vermicelli.
Add sugar as needed and a pinch of salt. Mix well and add half cup water.
Close the lid and cook for 2 min. Add more sugar if needed.
Sprinkle cardamom powder. Decorate with pistachios.
