Chicken Breast – 500 gm
Onion(chopped) – 2 large
Ginger(chopped) – 1 tbsp
Garlic(chopped) – 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Soya sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
Bell Peppers(Different colors) – 1 cup cut horizontally into strips
Cut the chicken breast into strips. Add salt and pepper. Dust it with Cornflour.
Heat oil in a wok. Shallow fry the strips. Keep aside.
In a pan add oil, add chopped garlic and ginger, saute until it turns brown. Add chopped onion and saute. Add all the sauces and mix well. Now add chicken pieces and cook until chicken in done. Add all the capsicum and cook for 5 min.
