Capsicum stir fry



  • Capsicum chopped – 2
  • Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
  • Coconut grated -1/2 cup
  • Garlic – 1 no
  • Cumin seed – 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard – t/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves – few
  • Salt


In a pan add capsicum with turmeric powder and salt. Close the lid and cook in steam without water in a low flame.

Crush coconut, garlic and cumin seed to a mixture. Add this crush mixture to the capsicum and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard, add curry leaves. Add the capsicum mixture to the pan, stir well and cook for 2 min in low flame.
