Ingredients
- Chicken – 1/2 kg
- Capsicum chopped – 1/4 cup
- Honey – 4-5 tbsp
- Soya Sauce – 1 tsp + 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Sauce – 2 tsp
- Red Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
- Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Garlic chopped – 2 tsp
- Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
- Salt, Oil – as required
Method
Marinate chicken pieces with Chilly powder, ginger garlic paste , salt, soya sauce for an hour. Fry the chicken pieces and keep aside.
Make the honey sauce in the same wok used for frying. Add oil, chilli flakes and chopped garlic, saute until the raw smell goes. Add Soya sauce, red chilli sauce, honey, pepper and mix well. Add capsicum and salt, mix well. Add the fried chicken to the honey sauce mixture, coat all the pieces with the sauce and cook for 2 min on a low flame.
Serve with any garnishing of your choice.
