- Prawns cleaned – 200 gms
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp + 1 tsp(for frying)
Marinate prawns with all ingredients. Keep aside for an hour.
Heat a pan, add oil, then add prawns to it.
Reduce heat to very low.
Cook until prawns start turning spotty brown.
Without adding any extra oil and keeping on tossing the pan, make sure prawns does not get burned. Remove from heat when fully cooked.
Serve with lemon wedges or any.
